Any outfit, whether you prefer sporty, casual or more elegant style, is bound to benefit from the refinement and sophistication that wristwatches can bring to it.

Finding the ideal watch, though, may be challenging. On top of deciding between tens of different watch types, an equally important task is to know where to look for the most reliable watch models and prices.

In other words, finding a reputable retailer with a nice assortment of watches is crucial.

The majority of the time, trustworthy stores and marketplaces offer a wide selection of watches from various brands along with manufacturer-issued warranty cards, adding much-needed peace of mind and security to your purchase.

Without a question, CVS, alongside Walgreens, is the market leader in pharmacies and one of the most dependable merchants in the US overall. You may be confident that the purchase is as low-risk as it gets because the firm maintains strict standards for both the quality of its products and its customer service.

But the question that now arises is…

Does CVS Sell Watches?

Despite its wide assortment of products (apart from drugs, CVS also sells make-up, household items, food, and electronics), it does not sell watches in physical stores. Hence, if you’ve been looking out to try on a new wristwatch and were hoping to do so at your local CVS, you’ll be disappointed.

However, the situation looks slightly different when it comes to the retailer’s online shop.

Using the search bar at the top of the website, we can see that CVS does in fact sell watches online.

With that said, the choice is really limited as there are only 6 different models currently available, and they’re all smartwatches. The pharmacy – at least as of now – doesn’t sell any models in the traditional mold. Quite frankly, that is pretty understandable since most smartwatches help you track fitness and wellness data, and CVS is a pharmacy after all.

One of the brands that feature on their website is Fitbit which is one of the leaders when it comes to the wellness-based smartwatch industry.

So, the answer to our question is “Yes”. You can buy watches at CVS, but only online, and the selection is really limited to smartwatches.

So, if you’re set on buying a watch from CVS, your options are unfortunately quite limited. You might have more luck finding what you’re looking for at a specialty store or another major retailer.

Where Else Can I Shop for Watches?

When it comes to physical stores, your best options for buying a watch are probably going to be Macy’s, Target, or Walmart. All of these stores sell a wide variety of watches for both men and women.

As far as online retailers go, Amazon is always a good option as they have thousands of affordable listings from popular watchmakers. They sell just about everything, and you’re sure to find a watch that suits your needs.

If you’re targeting a luxury piece, we recommend checking out the likes of Watchshopping and Chrono24.
